The Minka mini dress is the happiest little dress you'll wear. She boasts a cross over bodice with a turnover collar and very short  sleeves, almost sleeve caps and pleats over the shoulders. The waistband is elasticated and boasts a drawstring belt. The skirt is short with curved slits at the sides and pockets tucked neatly into the side seams. Dress Minka up with heels for a special occasion or with flats for a more casual vibe. Either way you will not go unnoticed in this beauty.
