This maxi skirt has a high waist with a broad waistband. The belt is attached on the sides and can be wrapped and tied wherever you prefer. Vertical seams along the skirt open to pleats which extend into the skirt ensuring it maintains it's shape, is full and has flow when you walk. Finally, a back zipped closure and pockets tucked neatly in the side seams complete this beautiful ballgown skirt.
