The Sicily dress features a round halter neck with ties at the back. You will notice on the bodice that there are soft stretch panels under the arms and at the back. This ensures a snug fit and creates the keyhole opening at the back. There is a detachable soft belt to cinch in your waist and in true Big Blue style there are pockets tucked neatly into the side seams. Heels or flats are perfect for the dress!
