The Panda is the loveliest dress for Summer. Notice the pretty frilled halter neck mirrored in the exaggerated pockets. There are soft stretch panels under the arms and around the back. This creates a perfect fit and covers unsightly bulges. This dress is cut to the A-line design but has a soft detachable belt to cinch in the waist or under the bust, should you choose to. Falls to floor length and looks great with flats or heels!
