The Fresh Start skirt boasts two layers. The bottom, or first layer, has slits placed strategically allowing a glimpse of leg as you walk. The second layer wraps from the hips to tie in front with a big bow. It is open all down the front with two diagonal pockets on either side of the opening. Both layers are attached to the waistband which features shirring in the back and is flat in front. This long skirt will stand you in good stead at any function, smart or casual. Wear it with a top tucked in to feature the attractive waistband.
