We guarantee your satisfaction with all Philip Cronje t/a Big Blue online merchandise. You may return any product within 7 days from the date of delivery should you not be entirely satisfied with your purchase. You will receive a refund, provided that the products are still in their original packaging, and that no seals have been removed or tampered with*. The onus is on you the customer to return the goods to our head office in Johannesburg at your expense. Please note that a 10% administration charge will be deducted from the final refunded amount in the above case.
To return an item, you will need a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number for each product that you would like to return. Please email help@bigblue.co.za to have an RMA number issued for your return. Please write your RMA number on the box you use to ship your return as this will speed up the completion of your return. Any items sent back without a RMA number will be refused. For your protection we strongly recommend that you insure the package as we cannot be held liable for any products that go missing during transit.
* Please note that due to hygiene clothing cannot be returned / exchanged if it has been removed from its original packaging, worn or washed.
Faulty / Damaged Goods:

Once the damaged or faulty products have been received and assessed we will make every effort to replace the damaged or faulty product and re-deliver them to the original delivery address as quickly as possible. Where it is not possible to replace the original product then a refund will be made.
