Philip Cronje t/a Big Blue can accept the following two payment options, Credit Card Payments and EFT / Bank Deposits. Please see below for more information on how to utilise these two payment options.
Credit Card:
We accept Amex, Diners, Visa and MasterCard. Your credit card details (name on card, number, expiry date and last 3 digits of the number on the back of your card) will be requested on the checkout page.
Note: You cannot use your debit card to pay on www.bigblue.co.za
If your credit card authorisation fails this simply means that you have insufficient funds available or the card has expired. Kindly contact us at help@bigblue.co.za or call us on (011) 021 7640 for assistance.
EFT/ Bank Deposits:
Please take note that EFT / Bank deposits can take up to 3 days to reflect in our bank account. When making an EFT / Bank Deposit please use the below details which will enable us to track your payment.
