Free domestic door to door delivery is offered on order values of R750.00 or more excluding VAT (South Africa only).
Orders are usually delivered within 2-5 working days from receipt of payment. Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond Philip Cronje t/a Big Blue or Berco Express's control certain orders may take longer than the "usual" 2-5 working days for delivery, if this is the case we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
Orders below R750.00 excluding VAT will be charged R75.00 for a domestic door to door delivery (South Africa only).

Orders for Overnight Orders / Next Day Delivery must be received before 3:00pm the day before delivery is expected to qualify for Overnight Orders / Next Day Delivery. Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond Philip Cronje t/a Big Blue or Berco Express's control certain orders may take longer than the "usual" Overnight / Next Day Delivery, if this is the case we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
International Deliveries will be charged for separately on checkout and do not fall part of the free domestic delivery offer of order values of R750.00 or more excluding VAT which is only applicable to orders in South Africa.
Delivery times for International deliveries vary and therefore we suggest you contact us at help@bigblue.co.za should you wish to arrange for a specific international delivery.
A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been received and processed. A second confirmation email will be sent once your items have been paid for in full and despatched, also contained in this email will be the Berco Express tracking number with which you can track your goods.
