We're passionate about local South African design talent and job creation. Our award winning annual Makhulu Polane (Big Idea) t-shirt design competition has become a feature on the local design calendar.
We received over 600 designs last year, the standard of design was the best we have ever seen. We thank you for your effort and applaud your talent – SA design is alive and well!
The winner of the Makhulu Polane 2009 title was Thandeka Bobani with her design 'Boy with a Wheel'. Special mentions to Ivana Raguz (Hold Africa High) & Louis Minnaar (Far, far away) whose designs were very close contenders.
